The interactive training program provides technicians with an overview of the basics of the Videofied system. The training program is composed of several modules that cover: Initial programming Installation Operation Each module takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. We recommend that technicians complete the interactive programming for a basic understanding of the system before calling technical support.
